Share cycle with friends
Your friends can see which day of your cycle you are on. They cannot see symptoms or detailed data — only cycle day and phase.
Share cycle with partner
Your partner can see a simplified calendar view with color-coded days. You control separately whether they can see fertile window, expected period and mood indicators.

Manage your visibility in the community
Anonymous community profile
Your display name in the community is a self-chosen alias. No one can see your real name, email or other personal information. Turn this off to use your real name.
Show profile in search
Other users can find you via search and send friend requests. If you turn this off, you can still send requests to others.
Data and analytics
Decide how your data is used
Share mood data with community
Your anonymous mood data contributes to the community's overall trends (e.g. 'Most people in the luteal phase report fatigue'). No individual data is shown.
Contribute to anonymous analytics
Your anonymized cycle data is used to improve the app's predictions and insights for all users. Data is completely anonymized and cannot be traced back to you.
